MEP Site Superviosr

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise all site works to ensure project progress and quality meet specified requirements. Collaborate effectively with main contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and statutory representatives to resolve site conflicts and streamline work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision and monitoring of all site works to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate and liaise with main contractors, trade contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site conflicts and optimize work procedures
• Conduct inspections alongside consultants, clients, and statutory representatives to verify adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Manage project progress tracking and quality assurance to meet contractual and statutory obligations
• Utilize computer software tools such as MS Office, Adobe, and CAD to support site management and documentation
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing MEP site works
