MEP Supervisor

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating on\-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

  • Supervise daily MEP installation activities at the project site.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and ELV works.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and project specifications.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
    <\/li>
  • Assist engineers and project managers in planning site activities.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at site.
    <\/li>
  • Report site progress, delays, and technical issues to management.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
    <\/li>
  • Support testing and commissioning activities.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain records of inspections and completed work.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain daily work reports and manpower records.
    <\/li>
  • Verify material usage and site inventory.
    <\/li>
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and work schedules.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures at site.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe working practices.
    <\/li>
  • Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately.
    <\/li>
  • Diploma / ITI / Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
    <\/li>
  • Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
    <\/li>
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with:
    • HVAC systems
      <\/li>
    • Electrical systems
      <\/li>
    • Plumbing & drainage systems
      <\/li>
    • Fire fighting systems
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
