, we’re looking for a Merchandise Lead to take ownership of SiGMA's merchandise shop.


This is your chance to build a growing function inside a fast-paced global events company. You’ll work closely with our logistics, creative, and events teams to make sure merchandise is not only well-produced but also delivered on time, looking sharp, and ready to impress.


What you'll Do

As a Merchandise Lead, you will run the day-to-day operations of the company’s merchandise division. From supplier management and stock control to event logistics and on-site sales, you’ll be at the center of it all — making sure our merchandise is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company standards.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership, solve problems on the go, and keep everything running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Operations

  • Oversee the merchandise shop, including stock, orders, and fulfillment.
  • Source and manage suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable production.
  • Maintain product quality and branding in collaboration with the Creative Team.

Event Support & Logistics

  • Plan and deliver merchandise for company events worldwide.
  • Manage on-site sales and merchandise logistics during events.
  • Oversee storage, stock counts, and replenishment between shows.

Client & Internal Support

  • Support exhibitors, partners, and staff with merchandise needs.
  • Provide clear updates on timelines, orders, and availability.
  • Work with the tech team to ensure the EMS merchandise platform runs smoothly.

Financial & Reporting

  • Track inventory levels, costs, and sales performance.
  • Report regularly to the Chief Logistics Officer on stock and shop performance.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, stock turnover, and order fulfillment.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Partner with Logistics, Creative, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Train and guide assistants or junior staff supporting merchandise operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B merchandising, retail operations, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Supplier management and coordination experience.
  • Willingness to travel for events when needed.
  • Hands-on, detail-focused, and results-driven.
