Merchandiser, Merchandising Planning (Women)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performances and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal)
• Maximize sales and profit by exploring the sales potential, managing stock and uphold effective SKU control
• Responsible for assortment plan and merchandise mix, including the ordering, sales simulation forecast and replenishment
• Co-ordinating and co-operating with various departments to ensure smooth operation
• Communicate and collaborate with regional members
• Maintain strong awareness of fashion trends, seasonal themes and customer preferences, and translate market insights into assortment planning and merchandising decisions
• Traveling maybe required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 4 years related experience in retail chain business;
• Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks;
• Able to analyze large amounts of complex information and present findings clearly and concisely;
• Passionate about fashion retail, with strong interest in trends, product styling and understanding customer buying behavior;
• A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
