<\/span><\/span><\/div>We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high\-performance web applications while contributing to system architecture and team leadership.

<\/div>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Develop end\-to\-end web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Develop scalable and performant front\-end <\/b>architectures using React.js with React Query and TanStack (Query, Router, Table)
<\/span><\/div>\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Design and develop robust backend <\/b>services using Node.js and Express.js, including REST APIs and middleware architecture
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Build real\-time systems using WebSockets <\/b>/ Socket.IO
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Architect and optimize MongoDB <\/b>data models, including schema design, indexing strategies, and multi\-document transactions
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Design and develop secure REST APIs<\/b> and backend services
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following SOLID and DRY principles
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Collaborate on system architecture, scalability, and performance improvements
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure engineering best practices
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Work with DevOps on Docker<\/b>, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Ensure application quality through testing, monitoring, and performance tuning<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
\u2022 1\u20133 years of full stack development experience
\u2022 Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
\u2022 Strong expertise in MongoDB (schema design, transactions, indexing, and optimization)<\/span><\/span>
\u2022 Hands\-on experience with WebSockets and real\-time applications
\u2022 Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows
\u2022 Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and security
\u2022 Strong problem\-solving skills and team management experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Preferred Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>\u2022 Familiarity with microservices architecture<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure<\/span><\/span>
