<\/p>We are\nlooking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You\nwill be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications,\nworking across both frontend and backend, and contributing to the evolution of\nour platform architecture. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership,\nthinks in systems, and is comfortable operating in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>

<\/div>Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Design, develop, and maintain web\n applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)<\/span>
<\/li>- Build responsive, accessible, and\n performant frontend interfaces using React with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui\n or similar framework.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop and maintain RESTful\n and/or GraphQL APIs on Node.js<\/span>
<\/li>- Work with microservices\n architecture \u2014 designing, deploying, and maintaining independently\n deployable services<\/span>
<\/li>- Integrate and work with\n event\-driven pipelines using tools such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or\n similar messaging/streaming platforms<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with product, design,\n and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions<\/span>
<\/li>- Write clean, testable,\n well\-documented code and participate actively in code reviews<\/span>
<\/li>- Troubleshoot production issues,\n optimize application performance, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines<\/span>
<\/li>- Participate in architectural\n discussions and contribute to technical decision\-making<\/span>

<\/p>Must\-Have\nSkills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Strong proficiency in React.js<\/b> with\n hands\-on experience using Tailwind CSS<\/b> and shadcn/ui<\/b> component\n library<\/span>
<\/li>- Solid backend experience with Node.js<\/b> and Express.js<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>- Working knowledge of MongoDB<\/b> (schema\n design, aggregation pipelines, indexing)<\/span>
<\/li>- Practical experience building or\n working within a microservices architecture<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>- Hands\-on exposure to event\n streaming/message queue systems<\/b> such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ,\n AWS SQS/SNS, or similar tools<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with version control\n (Git), CI/CD practices, and containerization basics (Docker)<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong understanding of RESTful\n API design, authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth), and\n application security fundamentals<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to write unit and\n integration tests<\/span>
