• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of messaging platforms .
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any messaging-related issues promptly.
• Implement upgrades and patches to maintain system security and functionality.
• work with cross-functional teams to optimise messaging workflows and processes.
• Provide technical expertise for messaging solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation of messaging system configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging messaging technologies and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all messaging activities

The Successful Applicant
