About the Position<\/span>
<\/h2>

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator & Structural Welder to join our team in Fulton, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding structural steel and metal components used in a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on fabrication experience, strong welding abilities, and the capability to work from blueprints and detailed specifications.<\/span>
<\/p>

Primary Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>
  • Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components according to project requirements and engineering drawings.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, TIG, Stick, and Solid Wire welding processes.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Measure, mark, and align materials to ensure accurate assembly.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Operate fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, presses, and other shop tools.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Move and position materials using forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment when required.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with production teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.<\/span>

    Desired Skills & Experience<\/span>
    <\/h2>
    • Previous experience in welding, fabrication, structural steel assembly, or a related trade.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication practices.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience working with structural steel, industrial equipment, or heavy fabrication projects.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with industry standards and quality control procedures.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high\-quality work.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span>
