Job SummaryManages marketing center of excellence and executes the strategy for marketing and advertising plan to achieve results in customer products and services acquisitions and customer programs adoptions across preferred customer channels including digital, print, email, social, and web through videography, graphic design, content and message design.
Essential FunctionsManages a team responsible for omnichannel customer marketing, education and awareness efforts; drives adoption and achieves corporate acquisition goals in products, services, programs and offerings. Delivering results across multiple companies while partnering with Legal and Regulatory experts to ensure compliance

Manages and delivers on time and within budget the conception, development and implementation of marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and maximize spend for products, services, programs and offerings; Collaborates closely with business partners to ensure the most effective and robust plans are in place
Leads the research and development of marketing strategies for any new products, services, programs and offerings
Manages the internal development and implementation of all collateral materials for omnichannel approach, including, but not limited to, graphic design, website campaign pages and banners, customer emails and electronic newsletters, bill inserts, printed newsletters, brochures and factsheets, advertisements, social media (organic and paid), and related photography and videography
Manages the multi-media and marketing campaign vendor strategy, including identification, oversight, selection and optimization of use for efficiency and alignment
Collaborates with key business partners on specific needs to determine and develop their branding and marketing objectives and other graphic design needs; Develops and executes robust plans to meet the business partners needs while working towards the corporation’s current business goals and objectives
Leverages metrics from internally developed campaigns and third-party vendors to measure effectiveness, success and return on investment; Analyzes results in comparison to budget to find which campaigns are most effective; Translates results into actionable insights; Capitalizes on data and results to drive strategy and make campaign decisions; Takes advantage of real-time metrics to optimize customer engagement and action
Proactively identifies and explores present and future trends and influences within the energy industry and beyond, keeping current with latest technologies, research and advertising medium options and channels
Cultivates business relationships with other utilities and industries to identify and adapt best practices

$113,500.00 - $170,300.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
