We're looking to recruit a MI Executive to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team!
Role Purpose
The MI Executive / BI Executive is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, accuracy, and continuous improvement of operational and commercial MI across workforce planning and fulfilment for Angard, specifically Delivery and Collections.
The role ensures timely, high-quality data, insightful reporting, and actionable dashboards for internal stakeholders, client sponsors and client stakeholders. This includes resolving data quality issues at source, maintaining trackers and reporting tools, producing scheduled and ad-hoc MI, and supporting the evolution of year‑round, scalable BI solutions (including Power BI).
This role is a fixed term contract until January 2027.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Quality, Governance & Tracker Ownership
Own and resolve data quality issues within key operational trackers, including:
Order Tracker
New Hire Tracker
Proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks in data accuracy.
Maintain alignment between trackers and RMG/operational MI requirements.
Perform regular validation checks to ensure data integrity during both peak and non-peak periods.
Support the transition of peak-only reporting into sustainable year‑round MI processes.
2. Operational MI & Reporting Delivery
Produce and distribute daily, weekly, twice‑weekly, and peak-specific MI, including:
D&C summary MI
Daily MI reviews for sharing with RMG and wider business stakeholders
Twice‑weekly MI packs for senior stakeholders
Weekly consolidated D&C/peak reporting
Pipeline reports (internal and client-facing)
New starter reports, including agency data
Ensure all MI is accurate, timely, and clearly interpreted for its audience.
Update steering group pivots and reporting tools in line with operational cadence.
Support early‑day MI delivery requirements where needed.
3. Agency, Partner & Fulfilment Reporting
Maintain and update agency-related reporting, including:
Sharing D&C tracker extracts with partners (e.g. Pertemps)
Updating fulfilment data based on app responses
Maintaining Angard/Pertemps share of order data
Complete weekly cross-checks of fulfilment data against master fulfilment datasets.
Highlight headcount variances and trends, supporting improved fulfilment accuracy and decision-making.
Act as a key MI interface between internal teams, workforce planners, and external partners.
4. Dashboards, BI & Continuous Improvement
Support the creation and development of new dashboards, including:
OPL dashboards for service reviews and operational insight
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving MI needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
Drive automation and simplification of repeat MI where possible.
Contribute to improving how MI is reviewed, consumed, and acted upon across the business.
5. Ad-hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Support
Respond to ad-hoc MI and data requests from operational, commercial, and leadership teams.
Provide analysis and commentary to support decision-making.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding business priorities and challenges.
Act as a trusted MI partner during peak periods and business-critical activity.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience in MI, BI, or data analysis roles.
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail with a strong data quality mindset.
Ability to manage multiple reporting cadences and deadlines.
Comfortable working with operational, workforce planning, and agency data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.
Experience supporting peak or high-volume operational environments desirable.
