This senior\-level position requires deep functional knowledge of financial and supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective D365 solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and supporting financial and supply chain modules, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that drive business value.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>
  • Define and maintain the overall functional architecture and configuration standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.<\/span>

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Configure and implement modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end\-users to deliver cohesive, end\-to\-end solutions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Oversee data migration, testing, and user training activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Provide subject matter expertise during project delivery and post\-go\-live support.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and business users.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Evaluate and introduce new features, best practices, and process improvements as needed.<\/span>

  • Champion process standardization, compliance, and clean configuration practices.<\/span>

    Must\-Have Qualifications<\/span>

    • Strong understanding of General Ledger<\/b>: chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and fiscal calendars.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Hands\-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)<\/b>: vendor setup, invoice processing, payment journals, and vendor settlements.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)<\/b>: customer invoicing, collections, and payment matching.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with Cash and Bank Management<\/b>: bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and fund transfers.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with Budgeting<\/b>: configuring and managing budgets, forecasting, and control features.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Understanding of Inventory Valuation<\/b>: financial impact of inventory movements and stock valuation.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of Fixed Assets<\/b>: asset creation, depreciation methods, and disposal processes.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Expertise in implementing and optimizing core supply chain modules<\/b>: Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • 5+ years of hands\-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently and as part of cross\-functional teams.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Knowledge of Cost Management<\/b>: costing methods, cost allocation, and freight cost tracking.<\/span>

      • Ability to configure and manage Revenue Recognition<\/b> for logistics contracts.<\/span>

      • Experience with Project Accounting<\/b>: managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and revenue recognition for logistics projects.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with Transportation and Freight Costs<\/b>: handling financial implications of shipping, transportation, and carrier contracts.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Exposure to Power Platform, integrations, and reporting tools within the D365 ecosystem.<\/span>
