Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>
Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, documents, and dossiers<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Create and manage schema objects<\/b> including facts, attributes, hierarchies, transformations, and metrics.
<\/p><\/li>
Design and optimize data models, star/snowflake schemas<\/b>, fact tables, and dimension tables.
<\/p><\/li>
Work closely with data engineering teams to validate and enhance table structures and data integrity<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Develop and integrate Python scripts<\/b> for data processing, automation, and reporting enhancements.
<\/p><\/li>
Perform SQL query optimization<\/b> and performance tuning.
<\/p><\/li>
Handle schema updates, project configuration, and metadata management<\/b> in MicroStrategy.
<\/p><\/li>
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure best practices in BI development, documentation, and version control.

Required Skills<\/b>
<\/h2>
Strong hands\-on experience in MicroStrategy Architecture & Development<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Expertise in Schema Objects (Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Tables, Joins, Transformations)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts<\/b> (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of Fact & Dimension table design<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in Python<\/b> for data manipulation and automation.
<\/p><\/li>
Advanced SQL skills<\/b> (query writing, performance tuning).
<\/p><\/li>
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL<\/b>, etc.
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of MicroStrategy Intelligence Server and project deployment.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>

1. MicroStrategy Schema Development:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Design and develop MicroStrategy Universes (Schema Objects) including Attributes, Facts, Hierarchies, and Transformations.<\/span>
<\/li>
Create Attributes, Facts, and Metrics to support business reporting needs.<\/span>
<\/li>
Develop and maintain Logical and Physical Data Models in MicroStrategy.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
2. Report & Dashboard Development:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Design and build Reports, Dashboards, and Documents using MicroStrategy Web, Desktop.<\/span>
<\/li>
Optimize report performance by implementing best practices such as indexing, caching, and partitioning.<\/span>
<\/li>
Create and manage Intelligent Cubes to improve report performance.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
3. Metadata & Security Management:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Configure MicroStrategy Security Filters, Roles, and User Privileges.<\/span>
<\/li>
Implement Data\-Level and Object\-Level Security for controlled access.<\/span>
<\/li>
Manage MicroStrategy Projects and Object Migration across environments.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
4. ETL & Data Integration:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Work with SQL, Data Warehouses, and ETL teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.<\/span>
<\/li>
Integrate MicroStrategy with various databases (Teradata, MS\-SQL Server, etc.).<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
5. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of reports and dashboards.<\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure best practices in data visualization and reporting.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
6. Collaboration & Documentation:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Work closely with business users, data analysts, and BI teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.<\/span>

Document design specifications, business logic, and development processes.<\/span>
