We\u2019re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Mid\-Level\nPHP / PostgreSQL Developer to join our existing I.T. team to help us develop\nand drive forward the internal systems that we use to allow the company to\nsucceed.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Working as Mid\-Level PHP / PostgreSQL Developer, the core\npurpose of your role will be to develop new systems to integrate smoothly with\nother internal and third parts products, as well as maintaining our existing\nsystems.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Your role will have you involved in the full lifecycle for\nsystem development, starting with the analysis of existing processes, through\ndesign and proposal, to development and user support.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

You will be developing and administering on a L.A.P.P.\nplatform, so knowledge of HTML5, PHP 8+, PostgreSQL 17+, and Rocky 9 would be\nessential.

You will need to be able to work independently, driving\nprojects and managing deadlines. You will also be able to work in a team, able\nto provide 1st and 2nd line support to the rest of the I.T. department, as well\nas end users.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

You\u2019ll be a positive thinker, willing to flex, adapt and go\nthe extra mile. A natural ability to develop and maintain excellent\nprofessional working relationships, solve complex problems and manage multiple\npriorities with tact and discretion is essential.

Skills & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/u>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Proven experience developing with PHP (8 or above)
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Proven understanding of relational databases and\nexperience of PostgreSQL
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Front end development abilities including HTML / CSS / JS\n/ AJAX
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Strong understanding of RESTful API design and\nintegration.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Ability to write maintainable, testable, and efficient\ncode.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· A proactive, self\-motivated approach with strong ownership\nof tasks.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Good communication skills, able to explain technical ideas\nclearly.
