Mid-Level Power BI Developer (AWS & Python)
About the project:
You will join a data-driven project focused on building scalable analytics solutions and BI platforms. The role combines dashboard development in Power BI with cloud-based data processing using AWS and Python microservices. The environment values autonomy, clean architecture, and practical problem solving.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Model and transform data to ensure performance and usability (ETL / data modeling)
- Integrate Power BI solutions with AWS-based data pipelines
- Develop and maintain Python microservices for data processing (when required)
- Optimize queries, datasets, and report performance
- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability of BI solutions
Required:
- 4–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (especially Lambda or serverless architectures)
- Solid Python skills, ideally applied to data processing or microservices
- Experience working with relational databases and data transformation
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver end-to-end BI solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in banking, financial services, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts

Working Hours: Ability to work full-time within the Spain time zone (CET/CEST)
