Mid-Night Cook

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a 4-star hotel, specifically within our all day dining restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene standards

• Handle basic stock preparation and kitchen setup

• Ensure consistency and quality of dishes

• Support the kitchen team during operations

Requirements:

• Basic kitchen experience preferred

• Able to work midnight / overnight shifts

• Responsible with good working attitude

• Team player with willingness to learn
