Middleware Systems Technical Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer and support WebLogic domains, clusters, and middleware environments in production.
- Design and implement High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and scalable architectures.
- Perform performance tuning and resolve complex issues (JVM, GC, memory leaks).
- Install, upgrade, patch, and migrate Oracle FMW components (SOA, OSB, ODI, IDM stack).
- Execute vulnerability remediation including PSU/CPU patching and CVE mitigation.
- Implement and enforce middleware security (SSL/TLS, hardening, access control, authentication).
- Manage WebLogic security realms, authentication providers, and certificate lifecycle.
- Develop automation scripts (Python/Shell) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide L3 support for SOA, ODI, and OSB including architecture optimization and deep debugging.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response mechanisms for middleware services.
Technical Skills:
- Oracle WebLogic Server (Administration, Clustering, Performance Tuning)
- Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB, ODI, IDM – OIM, OID, OAM, DRM)
- High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and scalability design
- JVM tuning, Garbage Collection, and performance optimization
- Middleware security (SSL/TLS, hardening, vulnerability & patch management)
- Identity & Access Management and WebLogic security configuration
- Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator) troubleshooting and optimization
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) architecture, tuning, and repository management
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB) design, performance tuning, and message flow debugging
- Automation & scripting using Python and Shell in Unix/Linux environments
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
BE/BTECH
- Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts & OOH support
Good to have: Oracle WebLogic / FMW certifications
