Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve their highest potential.
  • Workflow Management: Delegate daily tasks, manage staff schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track productivity metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Training & Onboarding: Train new hires and ensure all team members understand their roles and company policies.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the team strictly adheres to company policies, legal guidelines, and industry safety standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, handle employee grievances, and resolve conflicts quickly to maintain a positive environment.

Essential Skills

  • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey expectations to staff and report accurate updates to senior management.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to make quick, informed decisions and navigate daily operational challenges.
  • Conflict Management: Diplomatic approach to resolving interpersonal disputes and maintaining team harmony.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or frontline leadership role.
  • Technical: Proficiency with office productivity software (such as MS Office) and workforce management or reporting tools.
  • Can work in PH / Weekend , and commit midnight shift.
