Milestone B2B Appointment Setter Korean-English-Arabic

Main Responsibilities:

  • Placing Outbound Calls: The B2B Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls after receiving lists of potential clients from the Lead Gen team.

    -Evaluating Client Interest: Using these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate those who aren’t interested.

    -Email Communication: Contacting both current and prospective clients via email to answer questions, schedule meetings with salespeople, or reschedule meetings as needed.

    -Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of each conversation with prospective clients, including noting their interest level.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Sales Skills: Understanding basic sales principles and effectively garnering interest in the company’s products or services.

    -Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is advantageous.

    -Data Entry Skills: Typing quickly and accurately to record client interactions and details.

    -Interpersonal Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients via phone and email. Able to speak in English-Korean-Arabic.

    -Organizational Skills: Managing the schedules of multiple salespeople and keeping track of ongoing client interactions.

    -B2B Experience: Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, ideally with government and enterprise clients.

    -Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with high-profile clients and decision-makers.
