Maintain accurate individual and class records using the school information system

Document student progress using formative and summative assessment tools

Establish a positive learning environment with clear expectations for success and behavior

Plan and organize standards-based lessons to ensure in-depth learning and meet curriculum goals

Collaborate with parents and educators to meet the individualized learning requirements of each student

Provide effective strategies to assist students in mastering or exceeding grade level content standards

Differentiate instruction for individual student learning styles/needs

Integrate approved technology to enhance instruction and improve the quality of learning
