As the Marketing Coordinator your responsibility will be to support the Marketing department from the administrative side and more importantly from the financial marketing coordination side. Responsibilities Financial Marketing Coordination: Manage the Advertising & Marketing (A&M) Pull budget for KSA by performing the below: Book A&M quotations on Access and ensure that all quotations are allocated to the accurate budget line and support Create requisitions on SAP Review, audit, and process invoices. Coordinate with suppliers to reconcile quotations on a quarterly basis and when necessary. Compile & prepare accurate & timely year end accruals. Reconcile Requisitions & Purchase orders and submit updated reports on a monthly basis. Assist the Control function in their Cash Flow assumptions by providing accurate payment estimates. Process General & Administrative invoices related to the Marketing Department. Reallocations and riders with the team Reconciliations with the bottlers and suppliers Process suppliers quotations, POs and invoices Follow up on payments for suppliers and budgets allocations with IBM Follow up with Skelta and SAP teams when technical or wrong allocation is done In charge of the GCS training for KSA Creation of new vendors on SAP (MDG vendor new portal) YE closing and accruals between the team, the bottlers and control Follow up with team and bottlers to approve FS on time Monitor the FSs that bottlers and PCS spend on to avoid overspent Marketing Administration: Support the marketing team with their travel bookings. Issue Travel & Entertainments expense reports for the Marketing Team on a Monthly basis. Qualifications • Managed Marketing (A&M) budget by ensuring all bookings and expenditures were accurately allocated to approved budget lines through SAP • Monitored budget spending, tracked utilization, and ensured compliance with approved financial plans and cost controls. • Created and managed purchase requisitions and purchase orders using SAP and Access systems. • Reviewed, audited, and processed supplier invoices while ensuring accurate financial tracking and quarterly reconciliations, • Supported year-end accrual preparation in collaboration with the Control team to ensure accurate financial reporting • Coordinated with suppliers to resolve payment issues, quotation discrepancies, and allocation concerns • Investigated and resolved allocation errors in partnership with IBM and SAP support teams • Executed financial control activities and addressed audit findings to maintain compliance and operational efficiency Education & Background English fluency is a must. Bachelor degree. MBA if possible
