Job Summary

The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, leading end-to-end telephone sales processes, analyzing business data, and coordinating office-based activities with field sales operations to maximize sales potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales processes and maximize sales opportunities to increase revenue and business growth
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers while understanding their unique business needs
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating Somfy’s value proposition and solutions to customers
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to improve performance and optimize sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams to achieve shared business objectives and ensure seamless customer management

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales / Telesales
  • Native Arabic speaker with full professional proficiency in Hebrew
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, draw actionable conclusions, build sales forecasts, and develop action plans
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and able to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and as part of a team
  • Significant advantage: Experience in the aluminum, smart home, electrical and control systems, or construction finishing industries
  • Experience working with Salesforce – an advantage
  • Technical background - advantage
