Mobile Repair Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mobile Repair Manager to oversee our multi-branch repair operations. The successful candidate will lead technical teams, ensure service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily mobile phone repair operations across multiple outlets
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance with repair SOPs
• Train and mentor repair technicians to improve efficiency and service quality
• Manage parts procurement, inventory, and operational costs
• Resolve escalated customer service issues effectively
• Collaborate with senior management on performance targets and expansion plans
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, including Apple & Samsung devices
• Proven team leadership and operational management experience
• Strong knowledge of repair tools, sourcing parts, and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with clients and suppliers
