Mobilizer
Mobilization will be responsible for ensuring the timely identification, enrolment, and mobilization of eligible Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) into APD\u2019s Livelihood Programs. The role involves extensive networking with community stakeholders, government officials, NGOs, institutions, special schools, and grassroots workers to meet mobilization targets. The Mobilizer will also conduct field visits, awareness sessions, and beneficiary assessments to ensure the right candidates are enrolled. Accurate documentation,

<\/div> Develop and maintain networks with government officials, Disabled Welfare Officers,
<\/div>Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, Panchayat leaders, NGOs, institutions, and
<\/div>special schools for beneficiary identification.
<\/div> Mobilize and ensure the required number of eligible PwDs are enrolled into training
<\/div>and livelihood programs.
<\/div> Conduct outreach activities, awareness sessions, and community meetings to
<\/div>promote APD\u2019s programs.
<\/div> Carry out beneficiary screening, home visits, and assessments as per program
<\/div>criteria.
<\/div> Ensure mobilization is completed within timelines to meet program and placement
<\/div>targets.
<\/div>Maintain detailed documentation of mobilization activities, including beneficiary
<\/div>data and field reports.
<\/div> Coordinate with trainers and program staff to align mobilization with training
<\/div>schedules.
<\/div> Support operations and placement teams by ensuring a steady flow of candidates as
<\/div>per program requirements.
<\/div> Prepare timely mobilization reports and dashboards for review.
