Moderation Specialist

In this role, you will

  • Review photos, messages, and live-streaming content in accordance with social networking policies, workflows, and targets, including potentially sensitive or disturbing materials

  • Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and quality across all daily tasks

  • Generate reports on completed tasks and make suggestions for efficiency improvements

  • It’s all about you

  • Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency

  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets

  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to evaluate content independently

  • Adaptability to changes in workflows, task volumes, and policies

  • High attention to detail and focus on quality

  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Clear and professional written communication

  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership in decision-making

  • Willingness to collaborate with the team and share insights

  • Ability to learn new tools and policies quickly

  • Composure when working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content

  • Would be a plus

  • Moderation content experience
