\u2022Drive Execution: Lead development efforts through hands\-on coding, high\-level design, and critical technical decision\-making.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022Architectural Clarity: Break down complex business requirements into robust technical designs and implementable components.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022Team Guidance: Coach and mentor junior and mid\-level developers through consistent code reviews, design critiques, and day\-to\-day collaboration.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a primary technical point of contact, ensuring alignment between product owners, architects, and engineering teams.<\/span>

\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Scalable Systems: Lead the design and development of high\-performance, scalable Java\-based applications and microservices.
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Cloud Integration: Design and deploy cloud\-native solutions, leveraging AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) to ensure high availability and scalability.
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to development standards and best practices, delivering production\-ready, high\-quality code.
\u2022Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root\-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future regressions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>6 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven track record of leading teams and performing thorough code reviews.
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Significant experience in building and managing applications within the AWS ecosystem.
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges and align stakeholders.

<\/span><\/span>Required Technical Skillset:
<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Backend: Expert\-level proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Architecture: Deep expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Cloud Services: Strong hands\-on experience with AWS (EC2, Kafka, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Frontend: Working knowledge of Angular for full\-stack collaboration.
<\/span><\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/span>Databases: Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
