      • Shape and lead monetization strategy across mobile games (Ads, IAP, hybrid models)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Identify and prioritize high\-impact revenue opportunities through data and product insights<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Advise on monetization design, including user flows, placements, pricing, and game economy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Guide the optimization of core metrics (LTV, ARPDAU, retention, conversion) through structured experimentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Establish scalable monetization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Mentor and elevate internal teams (Product, UA, Data) toward stronger monetization thinking<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Support critical product phases (soft launch, global launch, scaling) with strategic input<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        Must Have<\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Proven experience in mobile game monetization at scale, working with live games that have meaningful DAU<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong track record of improving key monetization metrics such as ARPDAU, LTV, ad revenue, and payer conversion<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Deep hands\-on experience with ad monetization systems including AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, mediation setups, waterfall optimization, and in\-app bidding<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong product thinking with the ability to connect player behavior, economy design, and revenue performance<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Experience analyzing cohort performance, retention metrics, and LTV to drive monetization decisions<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to work both strategically and hands\-on, including monetization setup, testing, and optimization<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Proven experience working on casual or puzzle mobile games<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>
