With four campuses offering programs from Infant through Kindergarten, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated certified Montessori Guide to join our team. Position: Lead Montessori Teacher/Guide


We are looking for a warm, authentic guide who is excited to lead with compassion and intention. As a Lead Guide, you’ll be responsible for cultivating an environment that reflects the Montessori Method, while working closely with your team to create a collaborative and inspiring classroom. Our Primary Community (ages 3-6 years old) supports 36 children with a teaching team of 3 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and a teaching team of 2 Assistant Teachers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a classroom based on the Montessori philosophy, ensuring a supportive, thoughtful environment for all children.
  • Build strong relationships with families, working together to support each child's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators in an open, communicative, and positive team environment.
  • Foster a sense of independence, self-control, and love of learning in each child.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Montessori Primary Credential from a MACTE-accredited program.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Montessori classroom with children of Primary age.
