At Right at Home Solent, we visit clients where they feel safest — at home. You'll provide one-to-one, unhurried care with minimum 1-hour visits, so there's always time to do things properly and build a genuine connection.

What You'll Earn

• £14.80 – £16.59 per hour weekdays (inc. holiday pay)

• £15.30 – £17.15 per hour weekends (inc. holiday pay)

• Enhanced rates for bank holidays

• £0.35 per mile mileage allowance

• Paid training & shadowing (£230)

Your Day-to-Day

You'll visit clients in their own homes, providing:

• Personal care and medication support

• Companionship and emotional support

• Help with meals and daily routines

• Practical assistance to promote independence and dignity

What We Need From You

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

• A warm, reliable, and caring approach

• Should be wiling to work alternate weekends
