Associate / Senior Associate - Credit Documentation (Mortgage Documentation team)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Letters of Offer and supplemental agreements in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
  • Review credit and security documentation to ensure compliance with internal credit guidelines and policies prior to loan disbursement.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including law firms, valuers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate daily transaction logs and monthly management reports.
  • Engage in cross-training opportunities to broaden knowledge in diverse loan processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 - 3 years of experience in loan operations or credit administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the proven ability to maintain accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive team player who adapts quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
