Job Description

  • Performs inline QC reviews within the mortgage servicing Cash function. Validates processor work against established procedures, identifies and classifies defects, and documents decisions with clear rationale. Maintains consistent output in a high volume, process driven environment

  • Responsibilities include evaluating rebuttals, communicating outcomes, and escalating ambiguous or high-risk items. Top performers may be selected for advanced process responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct QC reviews across mortgage Cash processes
• Validate work against procedures and quality standards
• Classify defects (pass/fail) per defined criteria
• Document findings and decision rationale clearly
• Review and resolve rebuttals
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume workflow
• Communicate via Microsoft Teams with peers and leadership
• Escalate risks, exceptions, and unclear scenarios
• Apply procedures consistently with independent judgment

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically Two to Three years of relevant experience in Operational Activities
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams

Work Mode: 5 Days in Office
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
