Main/ Essential Task<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
  • Design and development of various types of motors, including torque motors, BLDC motors, IPM motors, and UAV motors for different application<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct detailed design calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Utilize software tools to create and validate motor designs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing motor designs to improve efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and address any quality issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain comprehensive records of motor design specifications, calculations, and test results<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate design progress and findings to the engineering team and management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in motor design software and simulation tools \- Altair flux, Speed, Ansys Maxwell<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering basics / theory and principles of motor design<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Good understanding in industrial standards of motor designing, manufacturing and testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to read, and understand documents/ white papers and implement the learning from the same.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
