Motor Vehicle Mechanic

Job Description

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs or replacement parts.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the workshop.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other workshop-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in vehicle servicing and repair.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary: S$2,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
