MPL Operations Agent
Key responsibilities
As an Operations Agent, you will be a part of a larger team of 200 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics Europe product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.
Together with the Project team you will play a key role in designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordinate projects for our customers, as well as being part of our accelerated growth within our segment.
You will be engaged in many aspects of the project forwarding industry including:
- Customer responsibility together with our sales organisation
- Solutions design with our solutions team
- Executing transport and project logistics solutions globally
- Procuring and evaluating offers from sub-contractors together with the procurement team
- Daily contact with customers and suppliers for execution of projects

To be successful in this role we believe you bring the following:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
- Experience in project management is not required but is an advantage.
- Procuring & Quoting end to end solutions to customers.
- Basic knowledge of the project industry.
- You can work in a structured and organized way, but also keep an innovative mindset.
- You are a team player but can also carry out assignments independently.
- You are responsible, hardworking, and energetic.
- Interested in working with different cultures around the world.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
