As a Senior Associate in IT Infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in managing cloud operations and delivering client support services. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that align with client needs, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing service delivery.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client connections and guiding junior team members, while navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs and using your skills to mentor others, maintaining professional standards and contributing to the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Overseeing cloud migration processes and optimizing cloud performance
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design and strategy
- Administering cloud-based service management and troubleshooting issues
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud operations
- Conducting cloud compliance checks and performance monitoring
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud service delivery and infrastructure management
- Applying analytical thinking to optimize cloud infrastructure and performance
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client support requirements
- Leveraging tools like Apptio, CrowdStrike, Dynatrace APM, and Splunk for infrastructure performance analysis

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design and Optimization skills
