MS Specialist Core

Nokia Global Delivery operations comprise the NOC Operations (FCAPS) for the global telecom companies from all market segments. CSPs and Enterprise customers are served from the Nokia GDC. Role will be responsible for end-to-end handling of network operations. Providing technical consultation and resolving queries/service tickets/incidents.

  • Technical Operations support for Customer Team.
  • Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer
  • Support customer’s network performance and evolution.
  • Manages network SW and HW configuration information.
  • Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations.
  • Liaise closely with Multiple teams to work on the operation faults and technical management to ensure the Network stability.
  • Monitors and reports customer’s life network performance and acts to ensure network’s availability including e.g. customer SLA fulfilment
  • Support and perform competence development of local technical teams.
  • Ensure multiple network Element are connected and all functions are working well.
  • Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.

Must-Have:

  • Require a bachelor's degree or related field

  • Typically, a minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience on EPC Cloud Network for 4G & 5G

  • In depth knowledge of SGSN/MME, DNS, PCRF, OCS, DRA/DEA, LBS in cloud env

  • In depth understanding of 3G,4G, LTE, Roaming call flows

  • Expertise in Fault and Configuration Management

  • Fully experienced with Cloud core technology

  • Strong Knowledge in all Telecom protocols Specially SIP, MAP, CAMEL, Radio access & Diameter.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Good understanding of the interfaces of 3g,4g

  • Diameter (AVPs & result code), GTP Protocol knowledge

  • Comfortable in different versions of Linux and scripting both perl and shell

  • Well versed with delivery requirements & Challenges in Telecom Operations and Maintenance

  • Be able to provide product level support and can act as Escalation 24/7 support

  • Must have performed SPOC level tasks
