Anchor Group Services is looking for an experienced and\nprofessional Corporate CCTV Security Controller<\/span> <\/span>to join\nour growing team, providing a dedicated relief cover across a portfolio of\nprestigious corporate sites throughout Liverpool.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CCTV\nController looking to work within high\-profile corporate environments where\nprofessionalism, customer service, and attention to detail are paramount. As a\ndedicated Multi\-Site Controller, you will become a valued member of the Control\nRoom team, support multiple contracts while gain experience across a variety of\ncorporate locations.<\/span>
<\/p>

The successful candidate will play a vital role in protecting\npeople, property and assets by monitoring CCTV systems, managing alarms,\ncoordinating incidents, and supporting on\-site Security Officers. You will also\nbe responsible for access control, monitoring life safety systems, maintaining\naccurate incident records and ensuring all client procedures and Assignment\nInstructions are followed.<\/span>

This role offers an excellent opportunity to become a\ndedicated relief CCTV Controller across several prestigious contracts, with\ngenuine opportunities for further training, development and progression within\nAnchor Group Services. If you have relevant security or control room experience but do not\ncurrently hold a CCTV licence, we would still encourage you to apply, as training can be provided for the right candidate<\/span>. As our\nportfolio continues to grow, there is also potential for this position to develop\ninto a permanent full\-time role for the right candidate.<\/span>

Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude are\nessential, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days,\nnights, weekends and bank holidays.<\/span>

Duties Include<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Monitoring\n CCTV systems and responding to live incidents.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Operating\n access control, alarm management and life safety systems.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coordinating\n incidents with on\-site Security Officers and emergency services.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Producing\n accurate incident reports and maintaining Control Room records.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitoring\n fire alarms, intruder alarms and building management systems.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Providing\n exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and contractors.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Escalating\n incidents in accordance with site procedures.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Supporting\n the wider security team through effective communication.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensuring\n compliance with Assignment Instructions and client procedures.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintaining a professional,\norganised and efficient Control Room environment at all times.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • ESSENTIAL:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Valid Frontline SIA CCTV\n Licence (Public Space Surveillance).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • PREFERRED:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Door Supervisor Licence.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous\n experience working within a Security Control Room or CCTV environment.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous\n experience within corporate office environments.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent\n verbal and written English communication skills.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong\n IT skills and confidence using multiple monitoring systems.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent\n observational skills and attention to detail.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Calm\n and professional under pressure.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Smart\n appearance and high personal standards.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Flexible\n and reliable to cover shifts across multiple sites.<\/span>
    <\/li>
