Multipurpose Associate
The Brasserie is an award-winning 80-seat fine dining restaurant in Grand Cayman with a fantastic reputation for its farm-to-table cuisine. Adjoining the restaurant is an upscale bistro-style market and coffee shop, an outdoor juice bar, and a quick, casual open air BBQ joint. Brasserie Purveyors is an innovative distributor focusing on specialty beverages such as fine wines and small batch spirits, supplying our outlets and discerning clientele.
The Multipurpose Associate will provide support to the Brasserie team and assists several departments under the Brasserie Restaurant.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Report to immediate supervisor
- Rotation between Brasserie Market, Purveyors and all outlets when required
- Delivery of merchandise to the different outlets
- Delivery of Beverages to external clientele
- Run errands where and when required
- Responsible for hosting Wicket bar happy hour on Fridays
- Organizing the Wicket Bar to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Keeping a well-stocked bar (Wicket) with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine
- Placing order for liquor, beer, wine and other supplies
- Keeping inventory of tools and supplies needed for the Wicket and Purveyors
- Complete transfer of beverages from Purveyors to all other outlets
- Complying with all food & beverage regulations
- Ensure that your station is set up for service, maintain cleanliness
- Keep workstation clean, sanitized and immaculate at all time
- Clean Purveyors and Wicket storage room when necessary
- Collection of cheques from clients as required
- Prepare monthly reports and statement of clients beverage order/invoice
- Maintain a clean uniform and immaculate personal presentation at all times
- Attend to Market customers in a friendly and professional manner on duty
- Be a cohesive – energetic team member
- Responsible for setting up of events as directed by your direct supervisor or manager
- You may be required to assist in the Restaurant as a busser/food runner on special occasions and events
- Assist with washing large pots and dishes when necessary
- Assist with basic food prep when needed
- Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time or required by management
