The ideal candidate will also act as a Senior Curator and will oversee the strategic, administrative, and curatorial operations of the Academy. <\/span>

Essential Qualifications:<\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- Master\u2019s degree in Museology, Art History, Heritage Management, or Archives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficient in Collection Management Systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and Excel\-based reporting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Exceptional written and spoken English with strong interpersonal diplomacy.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Essential Experience:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- 5\u20138 years in museum/collection management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven track record of managing exhibitions, collections, and institutional programmes, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or decision\-making role.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Extensive experience in curatorial practice, collection development, and stakeholder management within arts and cultural institutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong leadership experience in driving museum operations, including team management, strategic planning, and cross\-functional coordination.<\/span><\/span>
