Nail Technician

At FAENA The Red Sea, we create elevated wellness and beauty experiences inspired by luxury, creativity, and exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our spa and wellness team. This role is responsible for delivering professional manicure and pedicure services while creating a relaxing and personalised guest experience in line with FAENA’s luxury spa environment and Forbes service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and specialised nail treatments.
• Perform nail enhancements such as gel applications and luxury nail art in line with spa standards.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are properly sterilised and maintained according to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully prepared treatment area at all times.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on comfort, relaxation, and personalised care.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate nail treatments, services, and aftercare products.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and luxury spa service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all spa procedures, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently while respecting treatment timings and guest experience standards.
• Support retail initiatives through product recommendations and aftercare guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the spa and wellness team to enhance the overall guest journey.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician within a luxury spa, wellness resort, or upscale salon environment preferred.
• Certification in nail technology, manicure, and pedicure treatments required.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, nail enhancements, hygiene standards, and beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to provide personalised recommendations and professional aftercare advice.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Professional grooming and appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury spa environment is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
