Responsibilities Build, align, and execute customer and category plans that drive distribution, space and rate of sale Lead the development and delivery of robust, insight-led trade and promotional plans, ensuring clear SKU prioritisation and compliance with commercial guardrails Translate shopper, category, and performance insights into actionable plans that improve in-store execution and conversion Own day-to-day account management and develop strong working relationships with key Onestop stakeholders (Buying, Trade Planning, Supply Chain, Store Operations) Deliver best-in-class execution through the “Perfect Store” agenda, focusing on availability, visibility, and secondary space activation Manage forecasting accuracy and in-year performance, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver against volume and financial targets Work cross-functionally (Category, Supply Chain, RGM, Marketing) to align on plans and ensure execution of key initiatives and “big bets” Continuously refine plans based on performance learning and market dynamics Develop wider Onestop account strategy, including inputs into AOP, range reviews, and long-term customer plans Qualifications Commercial experience in FMCG or organised trade, with proven delivery against sales, share, and financial targets Demonstrated ability to analyse data sets (sales, distribution, promotional performance) and translate into clear actions Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, P&L ownership, and performance tracking Proven ability to influence and build relationships with customers at multiple levels, including Buyers and cross-functional teams High level of personal drive and accountability, with a proactive, results-focused mindset Effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and present clear recommendations Collaborative working style, with experience partnering cross-functionally (e.g. Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, RGM) to land plans in market Resilience and adaptability, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment Desirable: experience working on Tesco Group, UK Grocery or Convenience, with understanding of customer ways of working
