The Opportunity
This is a newly created role within our National Key Accounts team, a high-performing group responsible for some of Netwealth’s most important relationships.
Reporting to the National Head of Key Accounts, you’ll partner with large, complex licensee groups, operating at head office level to drive engagement, platform adoption and sustained net flow growth.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. It’s about influence. Setting clear account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning internal teams to deliver consistent outcomes at scale.
You’ll act as the connector across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations, enabling teams, removing barriers to adoption, and strengthening Netwealth’s position across adviser networks.
Note: the role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne
In this role, you will:
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic licensee relationships
Build trusted, multi-level relationships across head office and adviser networks
Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to growth targets
Drive platform adoption, engagement and net flows
Identify and unlock opportunities while removing barriers to growth
Align internal teams to deliver coordinated, scalable outcomes
Enable BDMs and TRMs with insights and direction to drive adviser activity
Deliver strategic outcomes including partnerships, APL inclusions and key initiatives
About You
You’re a relationship and growth leader who knows how to influence outcomes in complex environments.
You’re comfortable operating at head office level, building trust with senior stakeholders while balancing strategy with execution. You bring a strong commercial lens, using data and insight to shape plans and drive results.
Importantly, you know how to lead without authority, aligning teams, creating momentum, and delivering through others.
You’ll bring:
Experience in key account management, platform sales or relationship roles within financial services
Strong understanding of the financial advice and licensee landscape
Knowledge of platforms, managed accounts and investment solutions
Proven experience managing large, strategic client relationships
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to operate across both strategy and execution
A data-led mindset, translating insights into action
A collaborative approach and ability to lead without direct authority
