\n To lead and drive consistent execution of retail operations across all stores nationally, ensuring operational excellence, customer experience delivery, administrative compliance, and commercial performance.

  • Ensure consistent execution of national priorities across all regions through structured cadence, reporting, and accountability frameworks.

  • Monitor national retail performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Standardise operational practices across stores

  • Identify process improvement opportunities

  • Support implementation of new systems or operational initiatives

      • Implement initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention

      • Partner with Marketing and Omnichannel teams to ensure seamless customer journeys<\/span>

        • Ensure strong governance and operational control across retail operations.

        • Ensure consistency in stock control, receiving, cash handling and admin practices

        • Monitor health & safety compliance and regulatory adherence<\/span>

          • Act as the primary operational link between strategy and execution.
