- Ensure consistent execution of national priorities across all regions through structured cadence, reporting, and accountability frameworks.

<\/span><\/li>\n- Ensure alignment of CX and Admin disciplines nationally
<\/span><\/li>\n- Drive achievement of sales, margin and operational KPIs
<\/span><\/li>\n- Monitor national retail performance and identify improvement opportunities
<\/span><\/li>\n- Standardise operational practices across stores
<\/span><\/li>\n- Identify process improvement opportunities
<\/span><\/li>\n- Support implementation of new systems or operational initiatives
<\/span><\/li>\n- Use operational data to drive performance improvements

<\/span><\/li>\n- Partner with Marketing and Omnichannel teams to ensure seamless customer journeys<\/span>

- Ensure strong governance and operational control across retail operations.
<\/span><\/li>\n- Oversee audit performance, risk mitigation and compliance standards
<\/span><\/li>\n- Ensure consistency in stock control, receiving, cash handling and admin practices
<\/span><\/li>\n- Monitor health & safety compliance and regulatory adherence<\/span>

- Act as the primary operational link between strategy and execution.
