About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the engine that keeps our sales function running smoothly. You'll be supporting customers, organizing the details behind the scenes, and helping turn inquiries into fulfilled orders. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts people person and process pro, with a knack for staying calm under pressure and keeping communication polished and professional.
You’ll handle a variety of day-to-day sales and administrative support tasks: responding to customers by phone and email, sharing product/promotion/pricing info, processing orders and leads, and maintaining customer records and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.

Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports

Answers questions about product.

Responds to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.

Explain promotional offers.
-
Ensure all customer information is accurate.

Maintains polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.

Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

NetSuite, ERP or CRM experience helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with the body jewelry and piercing industry is a plus.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Prolonged periods of driving in a vehicle for the purpose of Company business.
-
Prolonged periods of standing while at tradeshows, with occasional lifting to 100 pounds with assistance.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
