NETWORK ADMINISTRATION

Job Summary

Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, and network devices. Provide timely troubleshooting, software testing, and helpdesk support to ensure seamless IT operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Administer servers, desktops, notebooks, and printers, performing daily and monthly backups and restorations to ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshoot front-end network issues to maintain stable connectivity and minimize downtime
  • Update and maintain Anti-Virus software to protect systems from security threats
  • Manage user and file access controls to safeguard sensitive information
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV and door access systems for security compliance
  • Execute assigned projects and tasks within established timelines to meet operational goals
  • Test, debug, and document software to ensure quality and functionality
  • Provide helpdesk IT support for hardware and software issues to resolve user problems efficiently
  • Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate with vendors to support IT operations
  • Respond to critical IT issues beyond official working hours to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science (Min)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting network infrastructure and administration
  • Proficiency in VB programming

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with Epicor software
