We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst \- Telecom Network Engineering & Automation with 8+ years of experience across telecom network operations, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Business Analysis foundation, deep network engineering domain expertise, and a clear automation and transformation mindset.<\/span>

Must have Skills \u2013<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
  • 8+ years of experience across telecom/network engineering, monitoring, and operations, with strong BA ownership<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Hands on experience with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Solid understanding of NOC operations, incident management, and ITIL processes<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Architecture & Business Analysis Experience<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Good To have Skills \u2013<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
    • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Working knowledge of automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, etc.)<\/span>
