The Role
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and incident delivery of enterprise office and data center networks. This role requires a professional with a solid IE-level theoretical foundation and exceptional learning agility to quickly grasp the existing network architecture and efficiently execute complex network O&M tasks.
Responsibility
1. Network Operations Management
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and participation in planning of networks , including enterprise wired networks, wireless networks, and data center networks, ensuring efficient and stable operation while meeting long-term business development needs. Manage daily operations of financial network systems, including device management, circuit management, and bandwidth management. Monitor network performance, promptly detect and resolve network issues, ensuring service continuity and stability. Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of network operation processes, continuously improving operational standards and ensuring service quality. Participate in identifying potential system risks, proactively prevent issues, and drive timely resolution of factors affecting network performance and security. Establish and enhance risk control mechanisms, explore proactive risk prediction and network self-healing capabilities, and improve overall reliability of network systems.
2. Network Operations Automation
- Participate in building a network automation framework, promoting the standardization, platformization, and automation of network operations. Leverage automation tools and technologies to reduce incidents and improve operational efficiency.
3. Team Collaboration
- Participate in daily collaboration within the network operations team, share information and technical expertise, and contribute to knowledge and experience sharing. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Information Security) to ensure smooth overall IT service operations.
Who You Are
Requirements
- Expert in enterprise network architecture and operations, with strong experience in configuring and managing mainstream network devices (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet). Proficient in Cisco core network management platforms, including ISE (Identity Services Engine), DNA Center (DNAC), and Meraki cloud-managed networking, to achieve centralized device management, access control, security segmentation, and intelligent operations. Capable of independently managing the full suite of Fortinet security products, including FortiGate firewalls, FortiAuthenticator (FAC), FortiManager (FMG), and FortiAnalyzer (FAZ). Responsible for firewall policy design, creation, optimization, compliance auditing, and lifecycle management, including periodic cleanup of redundant rules, tightening access control, and mitigating security risks.
- Familiar with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, with strong experience in managing cloud networking resources, including VPC, vHub, VNet, TGW, DXGW, WAF, etc. Proficient in deploying cloud resources via marketplaces, with hands-on experience in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud network architecture management and operations.
- Familiar with SDN, cloud computing, IPv6, and related technologies, with a forward-looking technical perspective. Relevant certifications (e.g., HCNP, CCIE) are preferred.
- Familiar with at least one framework such as Python-based Django or Vue, with the ability to design and develop network automation API systems based on these frameworks.
- Familiar with network management tools such as SolarWinds; strong understanding of network security is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in network operations, with experience in the financial industry preferred. Familiarity with enterprise wired/wireless office networks and data center network operations is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently and independently manage the implementation and operations of large-scale network projects.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution, results-oriented mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues. Fast learner who keeps up with industry trends.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
