Network Support
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Receive and scan new hardware shipments and daily returns into the warehouse.
• Un-box equipment, shelve equipment, update locations.
• Update VSM tickets.
• Pull Reports from VSM system for daily deployments and returns reconciliation.
• Package systems and prepare shipping documents as needed.
• Load Images on to assets.
• Receive disposal and redeploy equipment, sanitize, and prepare for disposal/redeployment.
• Monitor BWI Depot and Disposal queues.
• Received warratny parts and send notifications to the appropriate technicians.
• Respond to service requests for batteries, misc stock parts, and break/fix spares.
Additional Requirements:
• High School + 2 years related experience.
• Experience with Hardware deployment, service ticketing systems, loading operating systems.
• Experience with PC imaging along with warehouse experience.
