-NEW- 3-6 Months Insurance Policy & Operations Support Assistant (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day execution and processing of customer policy servicing requests in accordance with established service standards, operational guidelines, and quality requirements.

· Handle abroad range of customer and policy-related transactions, including:

  • Client profile updates (personal particulars, contact details, FATCA/CRS updates, returned mail management)

    Policy amendments (coverage changes, premium payment changes, policy cancellations, reinstatements, fund switches, top-ups, rider additions/removals, assignments, reviews, bankruptcy updates, HPS exemptions)

  • Beneficiary and trust-related requests
  • Processing policy payouts (maturity, surrender, withdrawals, annuity, cashback, survivorship checks, CPFIS profit & loss)

    Statement and documentation requests (fund statements, anniversary statements, bonus statements, post-sales quotations, cashback and loan statements)

    Customer enquiries and appeals related to policy servicing requests and application status updates

· Ensure accurate and timely processing while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

· Support incident recovery activities and assist in resolving operational issues when required.

· Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· Minimum 1year of administrative experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
