*NEW* Compensation and Benefits Manager #NJA

The Job:

  • Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes
  • Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services
  • Coordinate monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft
  • Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook)review, update and communication to employees, bi-annually where applicable.
  • Lead the annual Company insurance renewal withbroker
  • Evaluate, manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programmes, ensuring contract obligations are met e.g. MHC vendor
  • HRIS Key user for system management of Leave& Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP for Personnel Data Management.
  • Coordinate claims / payments
