*NEW* Logistics and Trade Specialist ($4.5K to $5K) #NJA

The Job:

• Executes day to day operational activities associated with all modes of shipment for supplier inbound
• Prepare accurate & timely inbound and outbound documentation for international air and ocean shipments to ensure the consistent movement of goods and materials throughout our network
• Ensuring international shipments are compliant such as export licenses, DG declaration, shipping documents, classifications, valuation, and incoterms.
• Work closely with internal and external parties such as Panduit global warehouses, manufacturing, freight forwarders, carriers, or customs brokers to resolve freight related issues such as damages or lost freight, miss-deliveries, freight overages or shortages, late deliveries, and customs holds.
• Compile and maintain recordkeeping in accordance with local customs agency and Panduit audit requirement
• Maintains databases and reports for the department

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, business, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of applicable experience with logistics and supply chain, trade compliance
